Shipping Policy We’re using Ninja Van Shipping Company (https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/) for shipping all cities in Malaysia. We process your order during business day from Mon to Friday and all orders will be processed on the following day. It might take 2-3 working days to process your order, the process consists of checking of product, payment and packing the product before sending it to the shipping company. We are not responsible for any loss of the good after shipping company has delivered the parcel to the designated address and any wrong shipment information from customer. Customer need to pay the shipping fee one more time if there is a mistake due to customer’s condition and refuse by customer.
